Ethereal Rings at 210?

I've seen a few people mention that they did Ethereal RIngs to get skill 211 and 212 in smithing.

I noticed the chart says you need to be 220 to even attempt them. Is there something I am missing?

I have a +5% geelock, but that only makes me 215. Is there something I will need to get to try these at 210?

5% of 210 = 10.5

210 + 10.5 = 220.5

It gets you to 220 not just 215.
