nepeta oil

I'm doing the shar vahl smithing quest. the guide says that nepeta oil is merchant sold but the link doesn't work. when I looked quick for trade supplies by zone in shar vahl, I didn' t see it. anyone know where I can pick it up?

The Nepeta Oil Extract, was listed as -non tradeskill- (which may was wrong). I have corrected it to smithing.

There are 3 vendors in Shar Val that sell it.

I found it under shar vahl tradeskill listing but the link from the quest page still doesn't work.
