can anyone tell me what zone adn where the heck int he zone this stuff is sold.. ive looked around and all i see is "it's vendor sold"

First human vendor on the left in the "center vendor area" in the bazaar. He's directly across from the guy who sells trader satchels. I think his name is Dashelo Delroshan or something like that. Also, the "Bargain Merchant" up the stairs toward the Blackhand smithy sells it, too.

The Dark Elf merchant in the small Plaza at the far side of the Plane of Knowledge, behind the Library, also sells them (he has the same inventory as the Bazaar Merchant who sells them).

Turn left, around behind the buildings.
