I have a human ranger that I'd like to make some cultural items for, but on the Freeport side. Will this make any difference since his home city is Qeynos?

Humans (regardless of where you started) can do cultural smithing in either Freeport or Qeynos. There are just different recipes for each cultural forge. Use the right recipe in the right forge, and you should be fine.Brother Krazick Bloodyscales 65th Trial Scaley Transcendent
