Shadowed men, specifically the necro versions are currently on beta neutral faction and bottom out your faction with one kill. Fun bug for sure =)

No, they can't get any lower. The beta neutral faction is actually not changing, this is why it says can't get any worse:

It is a locked faction.

It also can't get any better.
I'd bug it, though, since they are supposed to raise temple of sol ro.

Back in the day, sometimes they'd screw up and put in mobs that lowered beta neutral when they died. Absor said no mobs should do this, that we should bug them if they do, and to notify a GM to fix your faction. Finally they locked it so they did not have to worry about it anymore. I think they did this when they put in the ability for a faction to not get any worse or better in general, Jaggedpine forest was one of the first areas I saw that in (faction with jaggedpine critters is locked, though you take other faction hits which are real (residents) )

Don't worry about the message, it isn't really lowing your faction with Beta Netrual.

If your doing the Shadowmen in West Commons and wish to check your beta neutral faction and make sure, run over to the druid rings and con the merchant there. She is on beta neutral and should con indifferent to you.

I use her to sell to when killing the shadowmen and the two Druids at the rings.
Works out good. Kill the shadowmen and run over and kill the druids for the extra money. Sell off to the merchant and run back to the shadowmen. There usually starting to respawn when I get back. But I only play evil characters so I don't care about Druid faction.
