Some of you may have read my earlier posts. If you haven't, here is where i stand. 229 unmodified skill. buffed to 245 wis str, Human smith.
Lately, i have been messing around with mistletoe cutting sickles for skill ups. Though its a little expensive, you can still sell your sickles at around 1kpp and still be ahead of the game as far as cash goes. I have been producing them by the stacks at around 40% success. Today, i decided to do something wild. Made a little cash selling trash in bazaar, so i had some cash piled up. I decided to go for it; 1 stack of sickles... and 8 tries at culteral heraldic BPs.
One stack of sickles produced 9 made. Not too bad, yet no skill ups. This was a first time that i didn't skill up on 1 stack of sickle combines. Well, then i proceeded to qeynos to attempt my 8 bps. I said the heck with fine heraldic and went straight for imbued stuff. 1st try.. BAM! made Erollisi bp... 2nd try.. BAM !! Mithaniel BP.. 3rd try.. fail Zek BP.. 4th try.. BAM!! Zek BP.. 5th try.. fail Mithaniel BP.. since my luck was good, I opted for 2 legs instead of bps. 5th and 6th attempts. 2xBAM Erollisi and Mithaniel Legs.. WOOT i nearly wet my pants.. Finally.. i feel all my cash.. time.. and hard work.. paid off.
Now I am not saying that everyone will be as lucky as i have been. Just saying that no matter what.. don't cuss out the RNG ... just hang in there.. when success and luck finally hits.. its well worth it.. Good luck you all of you.
