Searching for a recipe

I once saw a recipe, I believe it was smithing, that required 3 bars of enchanted Velium and some other component. I can't remember where I saw it but I would like to find it again... Might someone know/remember a recipe like this? If so, would you mind reminding me please.

Question please... is this a Blacksmithing combine or a Jewelcraft combine? If it's a BS combine... and money isn't an object (which it is for me)... can this be used as a viable skill up alternative?

Yes, it's blacksmithing. However, the result is No Drop as it's a quest item. You cannot sell it.

That means you are making combines worth of 750+ pp each, with no refund on investment (not even from NPC merchants).

Nord what race are you? If you are lucky you may be able to do old (Non Blue diamond) cultural to the 220's with little work or farming... But those races are few and far between.

i can't get that lucky... I'm a Barbarian... at least I chose the Shaman class and have a little more wisdom then my Warrior comrades... but not much.. /snicker.

I'm kinda hoping that LDoN can provide a solution to the 188+ skill up.

actually looking at your cultural smithing stuff for shammies doesn't look too bad. better than the erudite caster gear. buds a shaman, was drooling over ll the wis you can get. if you worship tribunal you could wear it. if not it should sell to the ones who are.
