Did I dream it all or what happened?

It was rumor, but as far as I know, it's never been implimented. Honestly, I wouldn't expect it to be either.

There is a Rumor about LDoN having a store bought component armor that will be like Fine Plate. I think this may be what the person was thinking of. Nothing confirmed yet but we can always hope.
