Owlbears in Paludal for Shadowscream?

In a post asking for an alt to Shadowscream, someone mention camping PC for owlbears. I found the 2-camp spot, but have yet to find the 4-camp spot. Please can someone help with this. I also read on a site that substances only drop off wolves in Hollowshade if they have taken over the island. Any confirmation on whether or not starting the war helps with the wolf drops?

Thanks for any info you have, I am about to start this armor because, despite the pain of the drops, the drops for High Elf cultural are even worse.

When you zone into PC from SwT, head like you are going to go to SH. Once through the opposite tunnel from the pond room, you will go down a ramp, past the 2 side tunnels to your left and it will be your next right (may even be the end of that tunnel I am not too sure). That is where the 4 spawn of Owlbears are.

I don't know about the sonicwolves in HsM unfortunately but I do know the ones in TM drop the substance. /shrug

At your level you should be able to manipulate the war in Hollowshade.. Oh sure you cant mass kill like the clerics/druids and chanters but the spawn is fast and the number of spawns is plentyful.
