WIZZY reasearch plz help

just a question to any who might know. i have research up to 185 and have Geerlok thing. i cant combine, shammy or Cleric or druid spell even though its says i am suppose to be able too.i am useing recipes ( have now tried like 8) from eqtraders board. i am useing the Sorcerer's Lexicon ( though when would not let me combine i tried ever other book i had too) tell's me cant combine in this container? is anyone else having thins trouble? GM's wont answer question i asked if perhaps was bugged for time being and was told they could not give out game secrets? what the heck??? its a secret when its bugged? so any way am asking here if anyone has gotten striaght answers or knows or has a clue of whats wrong?

I combined the priest version of Levitation with no problem. Are you forgetting the parchment and the quill, maybe ?

i have not forgotten the quill or Parchment when trying to make spells .ones i have tired so far are these.. shammy Levitate, druid Levitate. shammy Malosini, shammy spirt of scale,cleric Heroic bond, cleric Mark of Karn it still tells me cant combine.. i have tired getting new Sorcerer's Lexicon thinking my first was bugged cause i got it when loy was first released have done this 3 times now. wont let me combine so what the heck? am geting really ticked cause of this!!
but thanks tons for answers people least someone is thiniking of something i might have done.

p.s. i am assuming if skill was not high enough on these it would say that right? not that i could not combine in this container?

Well checking over the site's list with mine:

Shaman Recipe for Malosini is missing Words of Recall.
Druid and shaman lev spells should be the same recipe for both. Yaeth's 70L and a dew clover.

All the recipes you listed, except Malosini, use various enchanter pages. Make sure you're using the correct half. Both pieces will be named Part of Yaeth's Compendium, etc, but the icons will be different for left and right halfs. Make sure you're actually using the correct half.

That being said, I've made lots of priest spells, including some of the ones you've listed here and they do work. Just double check that you have the right page parts. Oh, and don't put the geerlok in the book (not meant to be insulting, I was actually trying to help an irate wizard with a similar issue and it turned out he was putting the geerlock in the book when he did his combines... )

lol yes Inien i know Geerlok does not go in book yes i know also about pages i have tired with both( thinking i had read it wrong) but still no go.. only thing i can think of is skill lvl maybe but i dont see why it would not say skill not enough and not that i could not combine in this container? i am just totally confussed i have friends on same server as me who make the spells ( using what i am too ) and they got no problem so phoo. no idea and at a loss but thanks folks for least trying to help.

Are you using the wizards book from Gunthak?.. or the old world one availabe at any wizards guild?

ok am useing book from Gunthak ( the new one) i think its just bugged cause today i tried to do a spell ( one i been trying to make for weeks now) and it made it.. i had changed nothing! used all same items even was put in same spots in book but made it this time... so has to be a bug this is 8th book i have gotten though. is only thing i can think of is just a stupid game bug. again thanks folks for responses.
