Made the Robe with 238 (not trivial) tailoring!! wee, very nice robe.

Someone posted on allakhazam.com that the Tempest Rune that drops off the named madman in sro (see subject) is used in this robe combine as well. If anyone can refute or confirm this, please do so soon, as a friend of mine buying LoY weighs in the balance, as the rune is no drop off the madman and he has one

the rune that drops off the named madman does NOT work for the tempest runed swatch. I believe its actually named Tempest Rune not Rune of Tempest. either way I tried the combination and got a DNC. also the rune that drops in S-ROE is a nodrop rune.

Was wondering tho, if the rune of the tempest drops in Cazic Thule, what camp have people seen it drop in? Or have you seen it drop in any other zones? Would love as much info as I can get on this, as that robe is just /drool for the ID3

I've seen it drop doing mobs at zone in there.

Tempest doesn't seem THAT rare. It's not scintillation or coruscating, which are agonizingly not present. =/ I feel bad for all the wizards out there who were hoping to get ANY of their stupidly rare level 60 nukes from this process.

While my guild was in Sebilis farming the juggs for spell drops, I saw a rune of tempest drop off them. I think one of the yaeth pages also dropped there, do not remember for sure.

Fungus Grove, or at least that is where I got my runes...now for the hard part........anyone on Torv that can do the final combine for me? Made 2 swatches so far, plan to make more. Sorry but DE myself........would be great if Erudite illusion worked, have a few of those potions.

We got a number of Rune of the Tempests while farming insignias for the Emporer Key in Ssra (Advisor, general etc) as well as other high end research items.
