I was working on the tomes at 92 for rogue. I noted that two have recipes available. Two are unknown but one of those has an advanced version at level 97. I followed the pattern of Weapon Covenant substituting the 92 paper. This did not combine. I substituted two other quills. This did not work either. Note, I always try the experimentation first so that if it does not combine I can use the paper on the known recipes.
