Based on higher and lower versions of the same spell. However it seems to actually made Shadowed Rune Rk. II - a level 94 spell....
I have tried with different quills:
Quill of the Arcanist DNC
Quill of the Arcane DNC
Quill of the Divine DNC (I know, it shouldn't)
Quill of the Arch Lich gives us Ignite Potential (a level 94 spell)
Quill of the Arch Convoker gives us Steelbound Bodyguard (a level 95 spell)
Other Orphic Cards with a Quill of the Coercer DNC
