Someone posted the recipe id. 49663 for this spell on EQRecipes, so maybe there's a recipe working now ? Unless it's the old recipe that still makes Rune of Tonmek Rk. II as mentioned on Zam.

Then someone needs to turn the recipe in!!! The Orphic Card recipes are so messed up it's not even funny. It wouldn't suprise me at all if someone stumbled on it....for clarity though, the "expected" recipe for Polyarcanic Rune makes Horrifying Rune. There is nothing wrong with the Rune of Tonmek recipe other than someone reported the recipe as making Polyarcanic Rune when it doesn't.
All of the enchanter "Rune of" recipes take the Ink Additive of the Nameless, Ink of Pain, Invigorating Thickener, Quill of the Coercer and the appropriate medium
