research newb question

This is the one area I haven't even scratched the surface.

Can high level RK III spells be obtained by research?

I would assume if they were able to be crafted it would be a raid drop only component....doesn't seem unreasonable to me, maybe even no drop.. or something once they are made of course.

From the point that they started with the I/II/III spells, I believe only Rk II spells can be crafted and only through Level 85.

AKA Muertenie, Melodee, Orelinde, Nounie, Gnomess, Cininea Ashryn, Mairede or a host of additional alts. Maybe also be found on Rabon, Kynsh or Atracker.
