I read elsewhere in these forums that the practice Rune skill ups was still working, presumably on the older servers.
I purchased a Concordance of Research and was unable to make Practice Runes on Fippy. Did this work for anyone who actually did the Greater Lightstone turn in?
Once you have the practice Runes on the old servers, what did you use to combine the runes? The recipes say to use the old containers that dont have combine buttons any longer.
