I tried the following camps without getting a drop. This doesn't prove anything since 50-100 kills mean nothing. But it's some data at least.

Elementals in Hills of Shade (about 80 kills)
Imps in Loping Plains (about 30 kills)
Elementals in Katta Castrum (about 50 kills)
Efreetis in Jewel of Atiiki (about 50 kills)

I tried DSH Brownies too. But they are simply too hard to loot and I gave up :P.
