Level 71 - Rough Paper
Buff - Invigorating Thickener
Bard - Quill of the Maestro
Unresistable - Ink Additive of the Nameless
Increase Attack Speed by 70% - Ink of Alacrity
Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 7% - Ink of Affliction (maybe Finesse or Zek)
Increase ATK by 17 (L71) to 20 (L85) - Ink of Zek
Increase All Skills Minimum Damage Modifier by 212% - Ink of Bruising (maybe Zek)
Increase Proc Modifier by 106% - Ink of Zek (maybe Clout)
I tried many combinations of the ink. Does not combine.
I think it was simply not implemented and refuse to try any more until Ngreth guarantees the recipe exists.

I went to sleep thinking that maybe I should replace Affliction and Bruising with some old school ink, but I could not think what to try.
Good job!
There seems to be no reason to consider the melee tome inks for any spell or song, since there is currently no known Researched spell that uses a melee tome ink (or Ink Additive). It is fairly likely that the few currently unknown spells will not use them either.
