Shaman spells?

As a cleric, I now have a skill of 262 and wanted to make some spells for up-and-coming toons. a shaman asked me for 5 spells in the 68-70 range to bide them over as they level up. I said sure - not realizing just how impossible that was. I can make clerical spells, I can make druidical spells, but every shaman spell I attempt Does Not Combine.
hints? suggestions? explanations?
Yes i double and triple checked ingredients. Obviously i am using a prayer writing kit. The other pristly spells combined fine - some successfully some unsuccesfully.

Usually it is a problem with having something that looks like something else being used. If you list the exact name of each item you are using and the spell you are trying to make someone here should be able to spot what's off.

Although they didn't give links to the orignal posts, they state there has been a bug with Shm spells. Not sure if this is still a problem or not, but sounds like it from your description.

So I see. A long-term unresolved already reported known issue. Busted my butt collecting those Drake Wing Webbings. Drop rates are miniscule - I got 2-5 every clearing of the drakes by the geyser and the drakes by Anaglass. Well, at least the skill ups I have can't be taken away. I used my Int researcher to make the Shaman spells I wanted. Thank-you for the response here.
