Is Blessed Aura still no drop?

I would like to know if Blessed Aura is tradeable. I believe that my enchanter can make the spell, but I don't want to waste the Fine Runic Vellum to make it if it is still NO DROP. When I search for it here it says that the spell is no drop under the Notes section. On Allakhazam, in one of the posts dated Mar. 13, 2009, it says that it is NO TRADE, though not on other posts and not when you hold your cursor over the spell and the little black box with the description shows up.

It is droppable, or at least was two months ago.

My Wizard made it for a friend's Paladin without issue.

I do not rule out errors made since which has reverted it, as they have happened in the past, but one would think the reaction would be quick and loud if that had happened.
