Veritable QuandaryI know back in the day I got a copy from mobs right outside the Akheva entrance.
I believe there has been work done on compiling a list of pre-TSS spells that are not researchable. Maybe some day.

What it boils down to is this. There are some Luclin spells that could only be acquired through mob drops. SOE wanted to keep them that way. Spirit of Snow is another one.
