Are there some lower level (51-59) spells that cannpt be researched?

I've been trying to figure out the combination for Vocarate Fire - mage lvl 52 spell, but not been successful. Tried this combo:

Ink Additive of the Nameless = Irresistible
Quill of the Arch Convoker = Magician
Conjuring Thickener = Summoning
nk of Ro = Fire Resistance / Fire Pets
Ink of the Companion = Pet Summoning
Spell Scroll =lvl 52

Also tried using Ro's Ink Additive instead of Nameless.

I thought that all spells up to and including TSS were researchable, so if this is true then I must be missing something. Anyone have a hint on this recipe?

Vocerate Fire is obtained via a quest, and most of the quest spells prior to TSS are not Researchable at this time.

There are occasional exceptions, so keep looking for a combine if you want, but most spells of this type are not available through Research.

Lower Level Resarch

The only spelle that are researchable below level 61 are:

Original research spells (most of which do not drop).
Spells bought with LDoN points.
Auras.

To make Vocarate Fire, Vocarate Air, Scintillation, or Boon of Immolation:
1. Make many Gift of Xev, Quiver of Marr, or Scars of Sigil
2. Turn in to quest NPC in Overthere outpost or Firiona Vie outpost
Returned spell is random one of the four.

Similar spells and quest exist for the other finger-wagglers and the priests.

I vaguely recall being able to buy the Voracerate line of spells from the mage vendor in Katta (back when the mage bot was growing up), but I would have to double check to make sure.
