simple binding powder

Try Nadox. I got alot of powders there will leveling up Mage.

Dunno bout Nadox. Shammy friend PL'd me 2 lvls by pulling at least 50 mobs at a time, roughly 6 times, and maybe 2 or 3 powders dropped. Of course, I was HOPING for them.

I've been hunting for this stuff for months, I've been to alot of zones. After spending 8hrs in seb today and gathering a grand total of 6 powders I'm wondering if anyone know which zone has the best drop rate for simple.

Update for me at least:
Im on this step and after 200 combines still needed more (The RNG wasn't being nice, but got 5 skill ups on the last 7 parchments). Anyways, places I've found with "decent" drop rates for thos who need like me.

Kobalds in Velk's Lybrinth (off of GD) & Skeletons in SSRA basement(Long respawn time but seems to be 2-3 dropped for clearing 2/3 of them)
