This recipe may not actually be in game. It was missing from my original list Ngreth referenced to check which recipes were active or not, and he hasn't confirmed or denied its existence since.

Its seems pretty straight forward but DNC so I susupect its not in game. I think it should be:

Fine Runic Paper
Quill of the Arch Lich
Luclin's Ink Additive
Debilitating Thickener
Ink of Ayonae Ro

No ideas on what else this could be.
