Im just making an educated guess here. It looks like Magician Summon Spell recipes don't have much consistence in linking inks to effect on items and there is no precedent for the Transvergence line at all:

Quill of the Arch Convoker
Ink Additive of the Nameless
Conjuring Thickener
Ink of Pain
Ink of Prexus

Inks: These is my best guess based on the effect of the summoned item. There is no ink for summoning an item other than weapons. There is also no precedence of linking inks used in other recipes to the items they summon for the most part and no other researchable transvergence spell to base this on. I tried the inks together and seperately.

Thickener: I also tried Talisman Thickener with the same ink combos above since its an AE summon effect.

I pounded at this one for awhile today.

Trying to find any kind of template to work with, I noted that every Mage summon item spell, whether weapon, armour or jewelry used Ink of the Nameless, so I tried that in combination with everything I could think of, in multiples, since the spell summons multiple rods, with Chronal Resonance Dust, just because. Will chew at it a bit more tomorrow, but this recipe does not look like it is going to come easily.

The problem seems to me largely that there are not a lot of AE spells to work with. There are plenty of group spells, although none that I could come up with that that summon items, and a handful of AE buff spells, like the Bard Healing song line, but we have no precendent for a spell like this in any prior spell. The Bard AE Healing line just uses Ink of Prexus and Ink of Tunare along with Mitigating Thickener, but trying to extend that into a summoning led me to Talisman Thickener, which has been tried already.

The only other AE spell that really seems to exist is the Wizard Teleport spell, which casts an AE Teleport to Bind. That one uses Talisman Thickener and for some reason, Ink of Alacrity, but again, it translates as an AE Haste buff, which does not help in figuring out how to generate AE summoned items.
