There was a recipe posted for this that was DNC for me and reported here.

The floating theory seems to be this can be combined in a Hybrid Research Kit but not the good ol Spell Research Kit. There has been no comment on this from Ngreth.

Zebuxoruk's Ink Additive
Ink of Pain (x2)
Ink of Zek

Inks: I also tried adding Ink of Ro and Ink of Eci, but still DNC.

Fooled around with what was listed above and hit on the combination to make the spell scroll as follows:

Runic Paper
Quill of the Forest Stalker
Arcane Thickener
Zebuxoruk's Ink Additive
Ink of Pain (x2)
Ink of Innoruuk

The modification was adding the Ink of Innoruuk, because this spell increases hate and removed Ink of Zek. The trivial is 407. Made in spell research kit.
