Summer's Dew

Sorry I have been busy in real life haven't had much time to work with research in game or come here. Summer's Dew needs Ink of Innoruuk instead of Ink of Zek. Not sure if it got changed since I last made it or if it was one of those days I spent 10+ hrs working on helping to find the recipes hehe.

Not really a recent spell, but from Kunark
Shadow Knight - Level 55 - Shroud of Undeath
It drops in Chardok, so it's doesn't fall into the "it's a quest spell" category.

edit: Actually it's been a while since I've sought spells <60 and thought all the dropped spells had recipes added for them, but that doesn't seem to be the case, at least for hybrids.

Yeah. IIRC this spell only dropped from one npc in one location and was always a pain to get. Not technically a quested spell but also certainly not a routine dropped spell.

are the TSS vendor spells supposed to be researchable?

Sorry - I can't recall - are we supposed to be able to research the TSS spells that are vendor based on faction? e.g., Pyre of the Fallen rk I or rk II?

Pyre of the Fallen is a TBS spell set and that expansion has not been added to research yet. I don't see a reason they wouldn't be added when the time comes since groups are no longer doing the missions needed to raise the faction for upcoming characters, but who knows...?

**NOTE** If Prathun says he does not want any of these spells done with spell research I will be disabling the recipes. I did not have time to wait for his response to my query, so went ahead and made them. Prathun is the final arbiter on what is allowed. I just think that at this time, it was the query not catching everything that made these spells be missed, not a specific "reason."

Every week that passes makes it seem more and more likely that a lot of those recipes never actually made it into the game. Whether they were deliberately de-activated or it was just ANOTHER oversight, I doubt we will ever get a straight answer at this point.

Spells below level 61 are, for the most part, not researchable. Spirit of the Eagle is drop-only. If you need it, go hunting.
