The pre-combines for aqua regia etc. will provide skill-ups to 102. The various parchment solutions will get you to over 200; you can either farm the saltpeter and crystallized sulfur for a slow, cheap skill-up path or just buy the aqua regia for a fast, expensive skill-up path. I'm not sure what to recommend when the solutions become all trivial, it looks like you have to go farming for very rare components after that.
