Somtimes it is hard to find this information and the NPC. So, here are some of the details.
The NPC is not on FIND under Research Supplies nor on Tradeskill Quests, so you are on your own... hehe
The name of the Crescent Reach Research Trainer is Researcher Akila. Location is -1424.97, -1466.42, -54.25
The several Research merchants are in an alcove beside the bank area. The path to Researcher Akila starts there. You must go up a winding ramp the beginning of which you can see when you face Researcher Junna (a merchant). With care you can make your way up that ramp. and see a Librarian and Researcher Akila.
