I checked allakhazam.com on it and it is listed as a dropped spell.

My guess would be:

Quill of the Arch Convoker
Ink Additive of the Nameless
Conjuring Thickener
Ink of the Nameless

That spell receipe DNC. I tried a few other things but no luck. Anybody else figure it out?

I've got the same problem with the level 74 upgrade to to the 69 ENC AE Mez spell.

Switching Runic Paper in for Runic Velum DNC.
