Unswerving Hammer of Faith has never been Researchable, since it is the result of a quest.

Mark of Retribution as well has never been Researchable and is a fairly common drop from a couple of remote zones, unless you are actually looking for it.

Forcing me to admit how old my EQ Cleric is?

A friend got it for me while she was hunting her druid armour in Umbral Plains.

Not sure how quickly she got it, as she spent quite a few days there gradually accumulating her armour set. I got a copy there myself while clearing trash to get at the Shaman 1.5 mob in that zone.

I have picked up other copies of the spell while working on quests in Fungus Grove and The Deep. I do not recall it being overly rare, although other spells do drop from the same mobs. I found a single copy while working on my Vex Thal key from mobs in Akheva Ruins, but was not there very long.

Alakhazam also says it drops in Sanctus Seru, but as I have never actively hunted there, I cannot verify that.
