Help: Hail of Arrows

Has anyone had any luck with combining Spell: Hail of Arrows?

Being that the other DoDH 68 spells are about, I was wondering if anyone had found the recipe, or if it was left out the same way as the mage TSS stuff was? So far, no success on anything I've tried.

My guess would be:
Fine Vellum
Quill of the Forest Stalker
Ink Additive of the Nameless
Al'Kabor Thickener
Ink of Pain x1 or x4

The ink could also be and/or:
Ink of Zek x1 or x4
