New research spells with no upgrades.

With DoN, DoDh, PoR and TSS spells and tomes becoming reseachable in the new expansion, the question for researchers is which, if any, of these have no upgrades? And which rk2 spells are equal or better than the rk1 SoF equivalents.

I expect that all of the rk2 spells will be in some demand from players that are still leveling, but the ones with no upgrade will have a guaranteed and enduring demand.

I'll start the list with:

Level 68 Ranger Tome: Warder's Wrath (DoDh)
Level 69 Ranger Spell: Eldarr's Grasp (PoR)

Remember also there is a chance that the spell(s) could be upgraded in SoD as well.

I think all of the auras from PoR would be useful. There might be some people that still missed those, I know the warrior one is particularly helpful for tanks.

These researchable rogue tomes match your criteria:

Tome of Imperceptible Discipline (OoW 66)
Tome of Deadly Aim Discipline (OoW 68)
Skill: Balanced Blades (DoDH 68)
Tome of Frenzied Stabbing Discipline (OoW 70)
Skill: Poison Spikes Trap (PoR 70)
Tome of Spelldodge Discipline Rk. II (TSS 72)

Of those, I expect steady business in Frenzied Stabbing (tremendously important) and Balanced Blades (which actually results in a disc named Thief's Eyes, this is sure to cause confusion and hurt bazaar searching). Skill: Razorarc (PoR 70) also deserves a mention, since it's a nice one and the upgrade doesn't come until 80, and even that is a dropped rank 1 and faction-locked rank 2.

If additional TSS Rk IIs ever become researchable, you can include Lithe Discipline (74) and Assassin (75) in the list.

Keep in mind too that none of the tomes or discs will be researchable right away until people actually get the skill up to make them.
