I didn't want to post this into database updates until I can get it confirmed. Since I havn't got nearly high enough Spell Research to do this myself, I'm asking here.
It would surprise me that all the different levels of Enchanted Spell Parchments made a <blank> Scroll of Pestilence and the Runed level make a Runed Scroll of Petulance. I am very sure this is a typo. Can someone verify that?

Edit: oh, yea.. also and This one is more possible and likely to be true, but I am asking anyway.
All the different levels of Spell Parchments require the Binding Powder, Binding Solution, A piece of Parchment, and the Empowering Essence. The Rudimentary Enchanted Spell Parchment (Eq Item ID 36265) Say it only requires A piece of Parchment and the Empowering Essence. No solution or powder. is this correct?
