I don't understand the purpose of this list.

Several of the spells, such as bind affinity, gate and halo of light, were always vendor purchased and never researchable. Any reason they should be researchable now?

Others are currently vendor purchaseable, though they were previously research only (such as Allure). New recipes exist for at least some of these.

Some others that new recipes do exist for are acumen, acumen of dar'khura, aegis and aegis of ro (I didn't go through the entire list).

You refer to a thread about level 71-75 spells. And your post there (from 10 months ago) seems like you want to find a way to help the devs make the recipes for level 1 - 60 spells that are still missing recipes. Seems to me like a lot of recipes for spells on your list are already in game.

Could you clarify?

This is simply a reference of all the spell recipies that got converted to the new systematic system with the release of SoF.

Every so often we get treads asking what the recipie for a spell is, and a majority of the time its for spell where no recipie exists. This sticky aims at stoping that.

I went to the editgrid kyroskrane put up and submitted my first pass at some spells (Spells Step 1)
this is in no way all of the spells I am doing, just the first few I did when I was working on my day off.

I just wanted to pass it by you very detail minded folks to be sure I was following pattern. The purple highlighted ones I am not too happy with. I may need to come up with some new ink and/or thickener to cover them.

I didn't find that in my first perusal of the thread you originally linked.

He does mention that this was an incomplete list and stuff he was working on, so I would think not necessarily in game yet, though the list was from awhile ago, so many if not most could be.

Still think its weird that there is something there for bind affinity and gate, though they are not researchable and never were. They are marked in purple though on the editgrid. Maybe take the purple marked ones off of your list or mark them in some way.

The colored entries were recipies Ngreth wasnt really happy with. However that was before beta were several researchers provided some feedback.

The list is complete, as its the same one I used in Beta to verify all the spell recipies. I agree that it is odd that some spells like Bind affinity and gate are listed but you have to remember that Ngreth create any new ones with SoF. Those "questionable" recipies for spells like Gate were probably created 8 years ago, way before Ngreths time. He simple converted any recipie that used the old research kit, I dont see any harm from it.

There were however some odd recipes for non-spells (quest or tradeskills) that didnt make sense that were removed.

I did a search on everything that used container 21,22,23,24 (the old research books) and if it made a SPELL (not something else) I made a new recipe for it. I did not check to see if it had been discovered, or if it was on vendors, or any such thing. I just made it
