Binding Powders where to find them?

I am currently leveling a Necro up and since I've had bad luck finding his spells in the Bazaar as I've leveled I've decided to get his research skill up.

Currently his skill is at 119 and I am working with Elementary Binding powders. I have been getting these in Blightfire moors mainly off the bixie gardeners. Does anyone have any good spots to farm the different levels of binding powders with a large amount of caster mobs for Elementary all the way up to Intricate?

Modest binding powders I found in Stone hive but there really weren't enough casters so takes a while.

Simple Binding powders I had good luck in Old Sebilis a lot of casters and quick kills. The lower level ones also drop Modest.

They seem to drop off of caster mobs of appropriate level. While farming ladies of light faction I noticed the brownies in DH dropping some ornate binding powder. LDoN missions drop quite a bit.

I have found Modest Binding Powders dropping from the Sun Reavers in Scarlet Desert.

Also a good source of Spell Scrolls and Papyrus for spells.

By far the best place to get binding powders is PoK, though the NPC's in bazaar are close. People sell them all the time and vendors don't ask much.

The higher end binding powders are abundant on the Dragonscale Hills vendors.

I haven't tried Veksar yet but I have had a lot of luck in Droga with the simple and no adjective binding powders. There are just so many casters. You can also get some of the next level up ones from the higher con mobs.
