Trying to find out if Xegony's Guard of the Phantasmal and Winter's frost are researchable. Anyone know?

At one point there was an issue using apostrophe's in the search, just look up the first word.

Not really an issue using apostrophe but I've noticed that even on lucy which reads its data from the games spell data file that there is or was a lack of consistency with whether spells were written with ' or ` (that thing under the tilde key on american keyboards that looks identical to an apostrophe under some fonts/systems).
