What you have written her looks correct. I would check carefully the names of the items you are trying to combine. Many things have similar names and partially the same names and can easily be confused or something with the same icon is being grabbed by accident.


Your best bet is to check your recipe list if you have it there, it will show you which item is missing (and if it is on your list and all items are green, then you can do the auto combine from there).

That matches what the in-game interface shows. The standard easy mistakes when reading a recipe from the site are:
Make sure you have a Fine Vellum Parchment, not a Fine Vellum
Make sure you have Ink Additive of the Namelesss, not Ink of the Nameless

i have checked and rechecked it word for word

When I said it matched the in-game interface, I meant it matched what I was looking at on my EQ screen at that moment . So the recipe is definitely still there and unchanged.

You sure you didn't grab a sewing kit by mistake? (I keep mine on the other side of my bank...now )
