Necro spell Chill Bones

[Gothos]

No real recepies to be found. It was (at one time) able to be crafted and I believe it still is. It (presume) should be crafed with a Quill of the Arch Lich and a Fine Runic Spell Scroll but from there I have no idea what else would be needed.

Spell stats as follows;
Decrease HP when cast by 505 (L55) to 530 (L80)
Illusion: Skeleton
Stun(0.50 sec)

Any ideas?

But there's an illusion when cast ( turns MoB to Skelly)

Illusions change the way something looks, or stated another way, how others SEE them. Theres an ink for that (which i pointed out above).
