IoS recipe changed & maybe others as well

Infusion of Spirit (sha 49 & bst 61) now uses :

Quill of the Prophet (not Feal Lord)
and
Pristine Fine Supple Runic Hide (not the level 61 stationery Parchment)

not sure if this was SoF change or not
but if it was it's possible that all the shared recipes have reverted to
lowest class specs for the Quills and Stationeries

That one was specifically mentioned in the patch notes i believe.

Ngreth is remarkable good about stating recipie changes in the patch notes.

yes i have a vague memory of reading something about it
but when it came time to make it i just went to the recipe
and proceded with the combine as posted

i was mostly just giving the board people a heads up that the spell recipe needed updating tho and it has been

of course i forgot to give the (new?) triv on the recipe lol
but as soon as i can log in i will check and post to Kathryn
