Been trying to find recipes for Level 55 Druid spells, Tunare's Request and Frost. Does anyone know the recipes or where to look? Thanks.

What exactly is the problem? Looks pretty straight forward:

Tunare's Request
Slot Description
1: Charm up to level 35 (Ayonae Ro)
Target Type: Animal
Spell Type: Detrimental (Debilitating)
Resist: Magic (Luclin)
Classes: DRU/55 (Storm Warden / Fine Runic Spell Scroll)

Frost
Slot Description
1: Decrease Hitpoints by 837 (Pain)
Resist: Cold (E’ci’s)
Target Type: Single
Spell Type: Detrimental (Arcane)
Classes: DRU/55 (Storm Warden / Fine Runic Spell Scroll)
