Spell receipe doesnt combine

When I tried to combine the components for the level 57 Wizard spell "Evacuate" (Trivial at 190), I received the error message that "you cannot combine these components in this container type".

the components used were: a) Ink of the Nameless b) Ink of Alacrity c) Ink of Tunare d) Papyrus e) Quill of the Arcanist and f) Talisman Thickener

All of the above were to be combined in the Spell Research Kit, but got the above message.

Any suggestions?

You need Ink Additive of the Nameless.

Oops, my bad! I *AM* using the Additive, just didnt type it in correctly. Do appreciate the correction , though. So, since I am using the correct components, and trying to combine in the SRK, and its not working, anyone have any ideas?

Off the cuff ideas:

- Is it the right papyrus? (either one that has not been converted, or a different one that looks correct).

- Does one of the other components looks like the proper component but is really something different.

- Have you tried looking up the spell recipe in your research book? If it is there, which item is in red?

- Are you trying to do the combine with the container in the bank?


*Looking at the recipe, Ink of Tunare seems wrong (I know that is what the recipe says). Isn't Ink of Tunare supposed to heal? Evacuate does not heal?!?

*Even if you are on combine server, that recipe should be working, I think, so that should not be it.


That's all my guesses, hints, tips.

Should be ink of prexus, not tunare.

tyvm for the input. The answers, in the order posted, are:

1) The "Papyrus" is correct, as called out in the receipe
2) The components are the correct ones, again as called out (double checked to make sure I had the Ink Additive of the Nameless)
3) When I originally made this spell, it was with the runes specified, and it combined in the lexicon with no problem. Since the lexicon and runes are now Obsolete, going back would serve no useful purpose as the components used are different.
4) No, my raw Research skill is at 224 atm and I do know better : )
5) cant address the Ink of Tunare, as it IS what is called for
6) I am on the Cazic-Thule Server.

EANELDER, TYVM : ) It indeed is Ink of Prexus, as it combined, no problem!!

KyrosKrane, would you make the appropriate correction, plz ?

Looks like I mistyped the ink, 1 digit off the ID between Tunare and Prexus.
