Combine Server - Sooty Fine Runic Papyrus

I have yet to see Sooty Fine Runic Papyrus (for lvl 60 spells) drop, and have not seen in it bazaar. I don't know of anyone else that's seen it on The Combine. Is it possible that when the hotfix was implemented to make the rest of the parches and hides drop that somehow this one didn't make it in the loot tables? I've been searching high and low and have not seen any of this stuff yet. Theres lots of all the other kinds of parches and papyrus etc in bazaar, just not the lvl 60 ones. Has anyone on The Combine seen this drop?

Do a bazaar search from Divine intervention. If anyone is selling more then 3 copies, most likely means you have someone buying up that paper for use in that spell.

I'd have to say find any caster type mob lvl 55 or higher and they should have a chance of dropping it plus the other papyrus.

I havent noticed anyone selling DI, Funeral Pyre, or KEI. There's been no influx of any lvl 60 spells and NO one that i know has seen one drop. There arent any for sale in baz and it doesnt show up on the list to create buylines in a /buyer search. I have a trader in baz pretty much all day long, and while im working at the computer i check every so often to see whats in baz and havent seen one yet. And as i mentioned i havent had one drop for me from the lvl mobs that should drop them

They didnt start dropping on Live servers until TSS, is the combine at that stage yet?

Are the < 60 spell recipies even active on Combine?

I just wanted to follow up and say that the SFRP has been *extremely* difficult to find on The Nameless. Haven't seen any drop, but just realized I've been banging on the wrong mobs. However, there hasn't been any for sale in the bazaar in more than a week. I managed to buy one from someone, but no idea how long he's been holding on to it. Seems odd that I can buy most any other papyrus/parchment/vellum in the bazaar, but not the SFRP.

It is uncommon to find it on Tunare as well. Patients grasshopper. In due time they will show up.

How does one do a bazaar search from "Divine Intervention"? Is this a way to remotely search the bazaar?

As for doing "remote" searching , that isnt possible, but EQecon, which is an adverstier on the board here has a pretty decent site which tracks bazaar inventory for the past few months along with their prices etc.

Ngreth posted somewhere on SOE boards that-

1. The drops are supposed to be global with SoF release
2. He messed up the code to make them drop!
3. It should be fixed in an upcoming patch.

I can't confirm if that patch has happened yet, or will happen in the one next week or not.

the patch to fix the parchment drops on the progression server did happen, and we're getting everything in spades, even things for combines we can't do (lvl 66+ spells), except this one. But from what people are saying here i guess its just rare /shrug.

Anyone know if the drop rate on Sooty Fine Runic Papyrus was addressed with today's patch? I didn't see any mention in the notes.
