Cannot make a spell

I have a piece of parchment, a quill, flake of lodestone, and rune of ellipse in the sorcerer's lexicon. My wizard has 200 research. I get told these items will not combine.

I got the recipe from EQTRADERs.... did this recipe change? If so where is the correct one. I really would like to know because I have others I will need to do.

Not only that I can't even pull up recipes at all in the trader box. I have tried that too. Nothing works. Please tell me why.

Thanks Ean. I am in Ventrilo now. Going to tradeskill in LOTR for next hour so to tradeskill, so when you get home let me know. All the information I could find on druid 51-60 spells shows only what it was prior to TSS release. Alla's and EQ Traders show same recipe. So anything you can do to help, I do appreciate.
