Without knowing the spell levels, I dont see how it can be cracked. -
Just confirmed on chanter the mass enchant spells are the same level as the single enchant spells so it follows the greater mass enchant spells will also be the same level (I hope). It is sure to use quill of the coercer and nameless ink additive so the first order of business, does anyone have an idea of what inks it might use?
