Mystery solved. Velium is using lvl 47 scroll. (Although not sure if it's a lvl 44 or lvl 47 spell yet.)

unless I'm misreading this it made intricate focus spell.

Heh, that's what I get for choosing to do my experiment attempts last night with a fine runic papyrus. I should have gone to my mule to get a parchment.

all spells are stackable but NO TRADE.
              weight is 0.1.
Velium is lvl 44. So should use Pristine Supple Runic Hide instead.

This one should be Runic Spell Scroll since it is a level 54 ability (but that does mean you don't have to use an RGC part to make it).

My 62 Enchanter just researched Mass Enchant Dwerium and right-clicked it

You have learned the recipe Mass Enchant Dwerium!
You have fashioned the items together to create something new: Ability: Mass Enchant Dwerium.
                  You begin casting Learn Ability.
Your Ability: Mass Enchant Dwerium begins to glow.
                  You learn something new!

-- nothing new shows up in the AA window or the spell menus, even after zoning.

EDIT: Never mind... just realized that the Enchanter's account doesn't have SoF... and for some reason, I can't seem to buy it. Ah well, it'll wait till tomorrow.

Ok. I will have to figure something out. It just means that I have a duplicate recipe and will need to do something weird to "break" it. I may just add the SoF alchemy ingredient as a "diferentiator" like has been done for some spells in the past.

I don't think this has much chance of being answered yes but...

Was the enchant dwerium spell fixed in today's update?

Just add Ink of Rainbows! Hehe I am sure the books say it is used when two recipes are the same but with different results, or at least I think I am sure....

"Ink of Rainbows is used when a spell will affect fire, cold, magic, poison, and disease. It can also be used as a subtractive agent. If a large amount of resistances would be affected, it can be used, and the ink of the resistance that is NOT affected is added. It uses prismatic pigment."

But would work just as well as anything else.

Nope. For now people will just have to use the mass enchant version
