Anyone know what these are for yet? Says it can be used in TS but I have found no recipes for them. What are the odds of these being for 71-75 level spells?

The odds of them being for lvl 71-75 spells are 100% as thats what been stated here and in the ingame recipe guide "Systematic Spell Research Addendum: Paper".
The spell recipes dont exist yet, but having the paper drop now, gives researchers the chance to stock pile them now in preperation. -
Coppers on the Dollar er plat
Parchments go for 1000 to 4000 plat each on my server. Papers for 10 to 50 plat. Even though I cant use the papers..I expect them to be worth 5000 to 10000 plat once the recipes get in. Stockpiling has begun (last month).Comment

I have been stashing away loads of paper for quite some time now, I have perhaps 300-400 of each type acquired mostly through buying up bazaar at anything priced under 50pp. Today however, the paper supply in bazaar has gone extinct at any price, not a single scrap of paper for sale today, zero.
So glad I stockpiled while it was cheap cheap heh.Comment
