Is it just me, or is this item extremely rare? Not only is it never for sale in the bazaar, but I personally went and farmed the Roost for hours, killing every harpy I saw, and didn't get a single one. Any thoughts?
I found them to be uncommon, but I wouldn't say rare off the harpies iirc. Go to the third island and mass kill, afaik they drop off of no other mob types.
