Shabby Fine Spell Scroll

I am trying to make the usable form of this. I made Fine Spell Scroll Solution (Gold Bar, Vial of Pure Water, Aqua Regia). Using this with Shabby Fine Spell Scroll does not combine. Any suggestions?

Add in a celestial cleanser with the scroll and cleaning solution and you will be good to go.

For Celestial Cleanser, use your research container and combine:

Celestial Solvent
Empty Vial
Vial of Pure Water(x3)
