Request to Supersize sub-combines

After spending yet another hour preparing 300 Saltpeters and 200 Crystalized Sulfurs into something less than 100 Aqua Regias this morning, I wondered if Ngreth would consider supersizing some of the sub-combines. I'm sure that some researchers will claim that this dumbs down spell research, but I think we already went that direction when spell research sub-combines were placed on vendors.

I'd like to propose that some sub-combines be supersized to reduce a bit of the tedium. In the same vein as the Rock Salt to Fine Salt recipe, I'd like to see the following:
Oil of Vitrol (2) : (2 Crystallized Sulfur, 2 Gnomish Heat Source, 2 Saltpeter, 2 Vial of Pure Water)
Vial of Muriatic Acid (3) : (3 Fine Salt, 3 Gnomish Heat Source, 3 Oil of Vitrol)
Aqua Fortis (5) : (5 Oil of Vitrol, 5 Saltpeter)
Aqua Regia (5) : (5 Aqua Fortis, 5 Vial of Muriatic Acid)

I'd trade off the risk of a supersize sub-combine failing for reducing the time it takes to prepare the sub-components.

Excellent suggestion. I made over a 100 solutions last night, took forever and my mouse finger was killing me by the end of it.

lol love the suggestion thing I hate worst about tradeskilling is the subcombines when way below my skill level.

While I appreciate being able to buy the stuff, I only do that when in a hurry and only doing 1 or 2 combines. As I have over 1000 saltpeter and sulfer on my bazaar buyer, if I intend to do a lot of solutions, I transfer what I need over and then go at it. An hour or 2 of doing subcombines hurts and is mind numbingly boring. That being said, I am too tight to just buy the stuff when I got all these ingredients sitting on my buyer.

What I do is make muriatic acid, and buy aqua fortis. On a per component basis aqua fortis is the cheapest of the storebought acids(though still double what I pay for sulfur and saltpeter), but it saves me some combines. It also saves me from having to worry about how many saltpeter I need per sulfur, since doing it this way it is 1 to 1.

Me, I usually transfer 2 saltpeter stack and one CS stack.Make oil till CS runs out. then make 65 Fine salt and make acid. Then make fortis with the other 35 oil. then 35 regia. This makes roughly 33 combines worth of stock. 258 is a lot of clicks and it doesn't include droping the results into inventory so you can add another 291 to that. (regia return empty vial as well)
